3.1 Two kinds of tools, two rules
Registro uses technical cookies and local storage, essential for it to work, and — only on the public pages of the site and only if you accept — third-party measurement and advertising tools. The first need no consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code); the second do, and until you choose they are not loaded at all: no script, no request. In the banner you can accept all, reject all or choose by category with “Customise”: in that panel Measurement and Marketing are offered already switched on, and you can switch them off before saving. Nothing loads until you press one of the buttons.
Where they never go. The studios' app, the client area, the studios' own pages (registrotcg.com/studio-name) and the request forms load no third-party tool, whatever you chose: that is where the data studios entrust to us lives.

With marketing consent we also store in your browser a random identifier and, after you sign up, the hashed form (SHA-256) of your email: Meta, TikTok and OpenAI use them to recognise the sign-up. The address itself is never sent. For the data collected by the Meta pixel we are joint controllers with Meta, limited to collection and transmission; what Meta does afterwards is governed by its own privacy policy.
3.5 How to change your mind
Through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every public page. If you withdraw a consent we delete the cookies of that kind written on our domain and reload the page; you can also delete them from your browser settings. Your choice lasts 6 months, then we ask again; we ask sooner if we add a new tool.
3.6 WhatsApp and newsletter
The WhatsApp button is a link: it loads nothing until you use it, and if you write to us you move to WhatsApp, under its terms. Subscribing to the newsletter sends your email to Klaviyo, which keeps it on our behalf; it uses no cookies.
