1.1 Who we are and what we offer
Registro is subscription software (SaaS) for managing the work of collectible card restoration studios, provided by NEXXST di Falconati Barbara, sole proprietorship, VAT no. 04132920127, REA VA-404194 (Varese Companies Register), registered office at Via Alessandro Volta 12, 21020 Varano Borghi (VA), Italy. Certified email (PEC) BARBARA.FALCONATI@PEC.IT. In the text below: "we", "Registro".
The service is intended exclusively for professionals and businesses. It is not a consumer service, and whoever subscribes declares that they are acting in the course of a professional activity.
1.2 What it does and what it does not do
Registro is a tool for organisation and documentation. It does not perform restorations, does not appraise cards and does not certify anything. The documents it produces — quotes, reports, estimates — contain content entered or chosen by the studio, under its sole professional responsibility.
In particular: no feature of Registro states or suggests that a restoration will produce a given appraisal or grading outcome. Estimates remain estimates and are declared as such. If a studio uses Registro to promise a result to its own clients, it does so on its own account.
1.3 Account and responsibility
An account is opened by providing true and complete information. Whoever opens a studio becomes its owner and is responsible for what the collaborators they add to it do.
Credentials are personal. If you suspect someone else has them, write to us immediately.
1.4 Free trial
The trial lasts 14 days and gives access to the Unlimited plan. No credit card is needed and it does not turn into a paid subscription on its own: when it ends, if you have not chosen a plan, the account remains accessible in read-only mode so you can export your data, but no new commissions can be opened.
1.5 Plans, caps and payments
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Plans differ by the number of commissions that can be opened in a calendar month:
| Plan | Commissions per month | Monthly price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | up to 20 | €4.99 |
| Studio | up to 50 | €7.99 |
| Studio+ | up to 100 | €9.99 |
| Unlimited | no cap | €14.99 |
Prices include VAT. The number of the studio's operators does not affect the price.
What happens at the cap. The month's usage is visible while you work. Once the cap is reached, no new commissions can be opened until the following month or until you move to a higher plan; work already in progress is not blocked and is not lost. The count restarts on the first day of each calendar month.
Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept them you may cancel before they take effect, without penalty.
Failed payment. If a payment fails we let you know and you have 14 days to put it right. After that, the account becomes read-only. We do not delete data because of a failed payment: see section 1.8.
Spark & Polish partners. Partner studios use Registro free of charge, with no cap and no expiry, for as long as the partnership lasts.
1.6 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the settings, with effect at the end of the period already paid. We do not refund fractions of a month, but the service remains active until the end of the period.
1.7 The data is yours
The content you upload — clients, commissions, card records, photographs, documents — is and remains yours. We do not use it for anything else, we do not transfer it, and we do not use it to train automated systems.
You can export it in full, in a format readable by other programs, at any time and without asking for permission.
1.8 What happens when you leave
When the account is closed the data remains recoverable for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted, photographs included. We notify you beforehand.
1.9 Service availability
We do our best to keep the service reachable at all times, but we do not promise an availability percentage: it would be a promise we cannot keep, since we depend on third-party providers. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when it can be foreseen.
1.10 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability towards a studio does not exceed what that studio paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. For partner studios, which do not pay, the reference is the fee of the Starter plan for 12 months.
We are not liable for the restoration work, for appraisals, for relations between the studio and its clients, or for the content of the documents the studio issues.
Nothing above limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.
1.11 Fair use
The service includes storage of photographs within a fair-use threshold of 50 GB per studio. It is not a disguised tier: it is the threshold beyond which we start a conversation — not an automatic block — because storage is the only item that grows without limit.
It is forbidden to use Registro for unlawful content, to circumvent its technical limits, or to resell it to third parties without a written agreement.
1.12 Suspension
We may suspend an account in the event of unlawful use, of a concrete risk to other users or to the infrastructure, or of failed payment as set out in section 1.5. Save in urgent cases, we give notice beforehand and say why.
1.13 Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced by email with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not accept them you may cancel without penalty within that period.
1.14 Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law. For disputes with parties acting as professionals, the courts of Varese have exclusive jurisdiction.
